Yesterday we headed to Beverley with two runners. We started the evening off with MIDAS HAZE who started towards the rear. She made some headway over two furlongs out, but could never get on terms with the leaders. Later on the card, it was great to get a winner on the board ahead of Royal Ascot when GRACELAND obliged. She was unlucky over ten furlongs on her previous start and seemed much more suited to the step up to twelve furlongs.  Coming from off the pace, she won nicely and looks a progressive filly who should continue to improve. At Brighton PENANG PAPARAJAH took the lead early on. He was ridden and headed just inside final furlong. It was another good effort from the horse and he should certainly have his day in a similar contest.

Today we have started the afternoon off at Hamilton with NIBLAWI who sadly failed to get up and had to settle for second. He travelled nicely for the majority of the race and when asked for his effort he failed to quicken as well as the winner. He possibly would have been better on softer ground, but was beaten by the better horse on the day. This afternoon we have seen a fantastic effort from TOUCHLINE who was slow on leaving the gates. She made a great run when asked for her effort and made up a lot of ground to finish third.

Tomorrow we head to Ascot with the three runners. We start the afternoon off in the Britannia with JARGON. He needed the run at Newmarket on his last start and with bottom weight in the race hopefully he will give a pleasing effort. In the King George we are double handed with TAPER TANTRUM and NEYMAR.  TAPER TANTRUM goes into the race on the back of a decent run at Epsom where he was unlucky. He is in great form and hopefully that race has put him spot on for this contest. NEYMAR goes into the race on the back of his win at Newcastle. He is a lovely horse who would possibly benefit from some rain. In the evening we head to Lingfield with GOLDEN HELLO and ORANGE BLOOM, who have been disappointing so far this season. ORANGE BLOOM is entered in July Sales and it would be great for her to head into these on the back of some decent efforts. We round off the evening at Leicester where BAREFOOT DANCER is looking to get off the mark. He possibly needed the run at Kempton last time having been gelded and hopefully he heads into this race with conditions in his favour.

On Friday we have declared FABRICATE in the Queens Vase. He tackles two miles for the first time and goes into the race in great form. Some rain would certainly enhance his chances, but he does look a decent staying type.  At Goodwood BANDITRY is looking to get off the mark for the season in the apprentice race. He was second on his last start and we are hoping he can go one better. We round off the day with GEORGE CINQ at Newmarket. He looks in great form and it would be great to see him run a good race as his owners are sponsoring the meeting.
