We have had no runners so far this week and thankfully get back to the action tomorrow with two runners at Newbury. We kick the afternoon off with ON THE HUH who heads into his race on the back of a second last time out at Doncaster. He will be ridden by Lulu Stanford who takes a valuable seven pounds off his back. Later on the card STRAIT OF MAGELLAN heads into his race fresh from his victory at Bath last week. He has been in great form and hopefully he will not find the drying ground an inconvenience and keep up his good run of form.
On Friday we have declared a nice two-year-old colt called MACHINE LEARNER to the track. He worked nicely this morning and we are hoping that he will shape into a nice type. His mother has bred lots of winners and he also looks a nice prospect. Later in the afternoon BANDITRY takes his chance and he is looking to get a win on the board for this season. He should appreciate the step up in trip and hopefully a decent effort may just earn him a reprieve from the July sales. We round the afternoon off with ONE MAN ARMY who was very unlucky on his last start. Hopefully he will get more luck in running here and can do himself justice.
