On Monday we started the evening off at Lingfield with WHITE VIN JAN. She chased the leaders and was ridden wide round the bend two furlongs out. She lost her place and weakened over one furlong out. Later on the card ROCK OF LEON gave another good performance, but sadly had to settle for second again. A shade keen early on, he did not enjoy the best of passages when looking to close, before keeping on strongly inside the final furlong. He should hopefully gain some compensation shortly. Our last runner was BORN TO REIGN who still looked green on this his third start and hopefully he will be competitive now he is eligible for a handicap mark.

On Tuesday we introduced a nice two-year-old colt to the track called BERLAND. He made an encouraging start to his career despite looking green when asked to challenge. He is a nice horse and will hopefully make up into a nice prospect.

Today we start the action at Lingfield where FASHION LINE makes a return to the all weather. She has been in good form and should give a good account of herself. HYPERLINK has headed up to Catterick where he takes his chance in the amateur riders race. He has been going nicely in his work at home and it would be great to see him run well. In the evening we head to Sandown where TAPER TANTRUM is hoping to go one better than on his debut run at Lingfield. He appears to have come on for the experience and we expect a good run from him. GEORGE CINQ runs later on the card and he is hoping to keep his winning sequence going. He has come out of the Ascot race well and appears in good order.

Tomorrow JARGON makes his re-appearance at Brighton after his Windsor debut. He looks to have learned a lot from that outing and it would be great to see him build on that. At Leicester VALEN is stepping back up to seven furlongs which we think will suit her. She has certainly improved in her work at home and is really beginning to come to herself. We round the evening off at Doncaster where TARANDO who has been improving with each run is hoping to get her head in front. She seems to be thriving with her racing and should hopefully run well and be competitive.
